XMetr is a digital platform that connects property owners and long-term tenants across the globe. We help users browse, list, and manage rental properties efficiently and securely.  XMetr operates as an early-stage digital platform and does not currently operate as a registered legal entity.

We collect the following categories of data when you use our platform:   

• Account & Profile Data: Name, email, phone number, preferred language, avatar, password (hashed).
• Listing Data: Property descriptions, photos, rental terms, availability, location.
• Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser, session time, referring pages, behavior on the site.
• Communication Data: Inquiries, messages, support requests.
• Third-party Sign-ins: If you register or log in via Google or other OAuth providers, we receive limited profile data (name, email, avatar).
• Payment Information: If optional paid features are made available, payments are processed exclusively by third-party providers. XMetr does not store payment card details.
